The heat feature is great and never gets hot enough to feel uncomfortable so this is super safe to fall asleep to, and then there's the automatic shut off just in case. Seriously the best item I've ever purchased for myself. I have migraines and frequent cluster headaches. This was perfect. It had great compression and the cooling feature was great. I feel asleep with it on too many times to count.
