I'm currently working in a fast-paced warehouse for 12-hour shifts and am desperate for comfort and relief for my feet and legs. I'm currently finishing my third session with the unit - I can confirm that the heat function is active in both foot and calf area. I've put the pressure settings through their paces, The "Relaxing" setting builds and then releases pressure on both feet and calves, in a sort of soothing alternating pattern. "Kneading" is much the same, except focusing solely on calves, and "Shiatsu" focuses on feet.
