Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe. If the item you’ve purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we’ll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We are happy to tell you that we provide free shipping on all orders to nearly anywhere in the world. These orders are shipped through EMS, USPS and other logistic providers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship all orders via EMS and leading international carier services. The average delivery time is 7-29 business days. However, international shipping delays can occur due to your country’s customs process. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery, and EMS tracking may stop updating. In a small minority of cases, delivery can take longer. If it’s been more than 5 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us here.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to change it for you, but we can’t guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
