Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ReposePoint LLC (“ReposePoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit or make a purchase from reposepoint.com (the “Site”).

If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

1. Scope

The Site is intended for customers in the United States. We ship only within the United States, and all personal information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. We do not direct our products or marketing to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us

  • Order information: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number.
  • Payment information: your card details are entered directly into a secure form hosted by our payment processor, Stripe. ReposePoint does not receive or store your full card number. We receive only a payment token, the card brand, the last four digits, and the authorization result.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your username, password (stored in encrypted form), and order history.
  • Marketing sign-up information: your email address and, if you separately opt in, your mobile number.
  • Customer support information: the contents of messages you send us, including any information you choose to share about your condition, symptoms, or reason for purchase.
  • Reviews and submitted content: any review, rating, photo, or comment you post. Reviews are collected and displayed through our reviews platform, WiserReview.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and connection information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and time zone.
  • Usage information: pages and products viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, referring website, search terms that brought you to the Site, and items added to or removed from your cart.
  • Session recordings: we use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors interact with the Site. This captures mouse movement, clicks, taps, scrolling, and page navigation, and produces a replayable recording of your visit. Clarity is configured to mask text entered into form fields, but you should assume your on-page behavior is recorded. See Section 4.3 for details and how to opt out.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 4.

2.3 Inferences

We draw inferences from the information above, such as which product categories you are likely interested in, whether you are a returning or first-time visitor, and how likely you are to respond to a particular offer. These inferences are themselves personal information and are covered by this policy.

2.4 Where the information comes from

  • Directly from you, when you place an order, create an account, contact support, leave a review, or subscribe to our messages.
  • Automatically from your device, through cookies, pixels, analytics scripts, and session recording technology when you use the Site.
  • From our service providers, such as our email platform reporting which messages you opened, our payment processor reporting the result of a transaction, or our fulfillment provider reporting delivery status.
  • From advertising platforms, which may tell us that a visit originated from a particular campaign.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process, fulfill, and ship your order, and to send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and invoices.
  • To provide customer support and handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
  • To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, chargebacks, and abuse.
  • To send marketing emails and, if you have separately opted in, marketing text messages.
  • To measure and improve Site performance, understand how customers browse, and diagnose problems.
  • To collect and display product reviews.
  • To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you advertisements on other platforms.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4.2 Klaviyo identity tracking

We use Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing. Klaviyo sets a first-party cookie on your device that lets us recognize you across visits, associate your browsing with your email address if you have subscribed, and trigger automated messages such as abandoned-cart reminders.

We have enabled Klaviyo’s extended identity feature, which uses first-party cookies already present in your browser to re-identify you on a return visit even after an earlier Klaviyo session cookie has expired. To stop this tracking, use the browser controls described in Section 4.4 or contact us at support@reposepoint.com and we will suppress your profile. Please note that clearing your cookies stops tracking only until your next visit, and unsubscribing from our emails does not by itself stop on-site tracking.

Klaviyo’s own privacy policy is available at privacy.klaviyo.com.

4.3 Session recording

Microsoft Clarity records visitor sessions on our Site, as described in Section 2.2. We use these recordings to find usability problems and understand where visitors get stuck. Microsoft may use data collected through Clarity for its own purposes, including advertising, in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

You can prevent session recording by blocking third-party scripts in your browser, by using a tracker-blocking extension, or by contacting us at support@reposepoint.com to request that your sessions be excluded.

4.4 How to control cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent checkout from working. Instructions for common browsers are available in each browser’s help documentation, and general guidance is available at allaboutcookies.org.

Please note that browser settings and ad-blocking extensions do not stop information sent directly from our servers to advertising platforms, as described in Section 5. To opt out of that, contact us using the details in Section 8.1.

5. How We Share Your Information

We may also disclose personal information to comply with applicable law, to respond to a subpoena, warrant, or other lawful request, to enforce our terms, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Advertising and server-side measurement: when advertising and analytics technologies are active, information about your browsing is shared with Google, Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest, and OpenAI to measure ad performance and to show you advertising on other platforms. Some of this information is sent directly from our systems rather than from your browser, and may include an irreversibly hashed version of your email address or phone number so the platform can match the event to an existing account. We do not send your plain-text email address or phone number for this purpose. Because these transmissions originate from our servers, browser settings and ad blockers do not stop them. Under some state privacy laws this sharing is classified as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information even though we receive no money for it. See Section 8 for how to opt out.

6. Email and Text Message Marketing

6.1 Email

If you subscribe, we send marketing emails about products, promotions, and content. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email support@reposepoint.com to be removed. Transactional messages about an order you have placed will still be sent.

6.2 Text messages

We send marketing text messages only to customers who have affirmatively opted in through a dedicated SMS sign-up, separate from the checkout process. Entering your phone number to complete an order does not subscribe you to marketing texts.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from ReposePoint at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving marketing texts, reply STOP to any message from us. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@reposepoint.com. Our SMS messages are sent through Klaviyo, which uses licensed telecommunications carriers to deliver them. Your phone number and message history are shared with Klaviyo for this purpose.

7. Data Retention

  • Order and transaction records: retained for seven years to meet tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.
  • Customer accounts: retained while your account is active, and for two years after your last activity.
  • Marketing contacts: retained until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record kept indefinitely so we do not contact you again.
  • Customer support correspondence: retained for three years.
  • Reviews: retained for as long as the product remains listed, unless you ask us to remove yours.
  • Analytics and session recordings: retained according to each provider’s default retention window, generally 30 days to 14 months.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so except where we are legally required to keep it, such as records of completed transactions.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to know or access what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
  • Right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of targeted advertising.
  • Right to data portability, meaning a copy of your information in a portable format.
  • Right to non-discrimination, meaning we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
  • Right to appeal if we decline your request.

8.1 How to exercise your rights

Email support@reposepoint.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or call +1 (307) 218-7893. Tell us which right you are exercising. So that we can locate your records and confirm your identity, please include the email address and, if applicable, the order number associated with your purchase. We do not use identity verification information for any other purpose.

We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you and may extend by an additional 45 days. There is no charge for a reasonable number of requests.

Authorized agents: you may designate someone to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of their authority and may contact you to confirm.

Appeals: if we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond to appeals within 45 days with a written explanation. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Attorney General or consumer protection authority in your state.

8.2 Opting out of targeted advertising

To opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising, including the server-side transmission described in Section 5, email us at support@reposepoint.com with the subject line “Opt Out of Targeted Advertising.” You can also use these platform controls directly:

9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals, as there is no common industry standard for how they should be interpreted.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser-level signal that communicates an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not currently detect GPC signals. If you wish to opt out, please use the methods described in Section 8.2.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit via HTTPS, access controls on our store administration, and use of PCI-compliant payment processing so that card data never reaches our servers.

No security measure is perfect or impenetrable, and information sent to us over the internet may not be secure while in transit. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as full payment card numbers to us by email or through unsecured channels. If you hold an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support@reposepoint.com and we will delete it.

As of the Last Updated date of this policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age, as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy law.

12. Consumer Health Data

Because we sell therapy, recovery, and mobility devices, information about what you browse or buy on our Site may indicate something about your physical health. Residents of Washington and Nevada have additional rights over this category of information. Please see our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Websites and Links

Our Site, including our blog, may link to websites operated by others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or security. If you follow a link away from our Site, review that site’s own privacy policy before providing information to it. Including a link does not mean we endorse the site or its operator.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on the Site or by email to subscribers.
